“ Pine ” Brand Vermicelli

“Pine” Brand vermicelli is produced from 100 % Mung bean of excellent quality. This gives it the quality of springiness suitable for use as ingredient for preparing foods that require heating for a long time such as boiling or steaming. Under heating condition, the long, thin threads of the vermicelli have not become swelled or reduced to soft texture. At present, there are 2 types of Pine Brand vermicelli, namely:

• Bleached Type. White, transparent thin threads characterize the bleached vermicelli. It is popular among general consumers. It comes in 5 different sizes, i.e., 500 gm, 200 gm, 100 gm, 80 gm and 40 gm.

• Unbleached Type. Light green, transparent, thin threads, the natural color of bean husk, characterizes the unbleached vermicelli. It is popular among the health-conscious consumers. It comes in 4 different sizes, i.e., 500 gm, 100 gm, 80 gm and 40 gm.

Long threads in rolled pack type vermicelli come in every size packed in attractive, durable and tear-resistant laminated bag. The bag is hermetically sealed to ensure hygienic cleanness and then the vermicelli bag is packaged in a standard size 10 kg carton.
