FRIED SPICY VERMICELLI (WOON SEN PAD KHI MAO)
Ingredients:
  Pine Brand vermicelli soaked in water until tender 2 cups
  Fresh shrimp 5 - 6 each
  Sliced squid 1 each
  Roughly crushed chilly 2 table spoons
  Roughly crushed garlic 3 table spoons
  Diagonally Sliced young corn ears 1/4 cup
  Mushroom 1/4 cup
  Sweet basil 1/2 cup
  Seasoning sauce 2 table spoons
  Oyster sauce 4 table spoons
  Granulated sugar 1 - 2 tea spoons
  Broth 1/4 - 1/3 cup
 
   How to prepare:
1. Pour oil into hot pan. Add crushed garlic and chilly. Fry to fragrance.

Add sliced squid, shrimp, young corn ears, mushroom. Stir fry them until well mixed. Season with seasoning sauce, oyster sauce. Add broth slightly.
3. Add Pine Brand vermicelli. Stir fry. Add sweet basic. Ready for serving.
